My collections are designed to be simple, flexible, and tailored to your unique vision. Whether you're planning a portrait session, an intimate elopement, or your wedding day, I'll help you choose the collection that best fits your needs. Custom collections are always available for destination sessions, unique timelines, travel, or special requests.


Please Note

  • Pricing is based on the details discussed at the time of booking and may be adjusted if additional guests are added, more coverage time is requested, or if the event expands into a full wedding ceremony.
  • All collections include travel within 30 miles of Fredericksburg, Virginia. Locations beyond 30 miles are subject to an additional $1 per mile (one way).
  • Studio rental fees, venue admission fees, parking fees, and any required photography permits are not included and are the Client's responsibility, if applicable.

 

PORTRAIT pACKAGE

 

Portrait sessions are a beautiful way to celebrate every season of life, whether you're graduating, expecting a baby, celebrating a birthday, welcoming a newborn, or simply wanting updated photos of yourself or your loved ones. My goal is to create a relaxed and enjoyable experience where you feel comfortable, confident, and truly yourself. I'll guide you throughout the entire session so we can capture timeless, authentic images you'll cherish for years to come.

  • 60 minutes of shooting
  • One location (outdoor or studio*)
  • Optional outfit change
  • 30 professionally edited images
  • Online gallery with downloads
  • Full posing and guidance throughout


Please Note:

  • Family sessions start at $350 and include up to 5 people. Larger families (6–10 people) start at $450. Please inquire for extended family pricing of 11 or more participants.
  • Studio rental fees, venue admission fees, parking fees, and any required photography permits are not included and are the Client's responsibility, if applicable.

Elopement coverage is designed for couples choosing an intimate, meaningful way to say “I do.” Whether it’s a courthouse ceremony or a private celebration, I focus on documenting your day with intention, emotion, and care.


This coverage includes both your ceremony and guided portraits afterward, allowing space for genuine moments while ensuring you feel supported and present throughout the experience,

1. Do you travel for destination weddings/ sessions?

Yes! I’m available for destination weddings and travel throughout Virginia, DC, and beyond.


Travel fees vary depending on location and coverage needs, and I’m happy to create a custom quote. Feel free to share your destination and details in your inquiry so I can provide accurate information.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement/ Proposal session?

Absolutely. I guide you through the entire process. From choosing a location and timing to outfit suggestions and posing.


You don’t need prior experience in front of the camera. I’ll help you feel comfortable and ensure your session feels natural, relaxed, and true to you.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Life happens, and I understand that plans can change. Sessions may be rescheduled with advance notice, subject to availability.


Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a future date if rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe. Full details are outlined in your booking agreement.

4. HOW LONG TILL I RECEIVE THE FINAL PHOTOS?

Turnaround time varies depending on the type of session.



Galleries are typically delivered within 2–3.5 weeks, and weddings within 7–8 weeks. Once ready, you’ll receive a private digital gallery link where you can easily view, download, and share your images with family and friends.

5. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR FOR MY SESSION?

I’m happy to help with outfit planning. I recommend neutral tones, soft textures, and pieces that feel comfortable and true to you.


Once your session is booked, I can offer guidance and suggestions to help your outfits photograph beautifully and cohesively.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Yes, absolutely. You’re welcome to share inspiration, Pinterest boards, or specific poses you love.


I’ll use these as guidance while also directing and posing you naturally throughout the session to ensure everything feels authentic and effortless.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Yes! I’m happy to connect before your session via phone or video call.


This gives us time to go over your vision, answer any questions, and make sure you feel comfortable and prepared ahead of time.

8. Do you offer digital files, print, or albums?

Yes! Every session includes professionally edited, high-resolution digital images delivered through a private online gallery, making it easy to download, share, and enjoy your photos.


Fine art prints, heirloom albums, and other premium print products are also available for purchase, allowing you to preserve your memories in a beautiful and timeless way.

9. Can I bring props or include pets?

Yes! Meaningful props and pets are always welcome as long as the location allows them. Just let me know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

10. How far in advance should I book?

I recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons like spring, fall, and graduation months. Limited last-minute availability may be possible depending on my schedule.

11. What happens if it rains or the weather doesn’t cooperate?

Your safety and the quality of your images are my top priorities. If weather conditions are unsafe or are expected to negatively impact your session, we'll happily reschedule at no additional cost. I'll closely monitor the forecast and typically make the final call 2–4 hours before your scheduled session, keeping you informed every step of the way.

12. What locations do you recommend for sessions?

I’m happy to suggest locations based on your vision — whether that’s outdoor, urban, studio-style, or something more intimate.
